ANNOUNCENENT FOR ESKUTE APP

Announcement about the Deactivation of the ESKUTE APP

✨As of April 2024,the official ESKUTE app has been deactivated and technical support is no longer available.

🚵‍♂️We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

🤗However, all customers can still use the functions of the app by downloading the Smart Life App and connecting it to your bike's Bluetooth.
 Here is a brief overview of the steps:
  • -Open the Smart Life App, turn on the Bluetooth on your phone, turn on the display of the bike, then click the add device, it will auto-search, and the bike will show on your app, click Add.

 

  • -If the bike is not shown, please reset the display first, lift the rear wheel, then press the power and "-" buttons at the same time for the 20s, the display will be blinking meaning a reset success. (Note: make sure your phone enables the location permissions to the app)

💡In addition, please note all of the 2024 new published bike model do not support APP function.
